Front
The whole for the display is cut by the laser cutter. On the back of this panel I also used the laser cutter to remove some wood by engraving a square on it so the display would sit flush.
I used hot glue to affix the lcd display in place on the back of the panel.
The Back
The laser cutter cuts a whole big enough for the sparkfun usb breakout. If you have a different one you have to re-size this whole.
I used hot glue on the inside to glue the breakout board in place
Top
The whole for the buttons are cut by the laser cutter, and the text is engraved using the laser cutter. Check the whole sizes in the drawing to see if the push button and push switch will fit into the whole. Otherwise re-size the wholes,
The Bottom
The whole is there to have access the programming header pins from the huzzah which I affixed to the back panel with double sided tape. I also super glued the switch (attached to pin 0 of your huzzah) in such a way that you can use a pen to switch it if you want to reprogram your huzzah.
